These projects include detailed recommendations for taking advantage of opportunities to improve profitability, scalability, or customer experience, including maps of new processes, role changes, and automations. A high-level cost/benefit analysis is supplied as appropriate, depending on your needs.

Our largest projects involve each of the steps and deliverables in both the Review and Analysis engagements, and also include everything needed for a full implementation of process enhancements that you have reviewed and approved.

We start with a project plan that details specific changes to processes and roles, acquisition details, along with project phases, timelines and responsibilities. We then manage the project through final approval.

Most importantly, we'll work with any affected personnel to ensure there is buy-in for the processes you want changed.
